1. How do I order my part?
All orders are done by the RFQ process. They also can be done by email, phone or fax. At this time we don’t offer a shopping cart on the website to complete orders.
2. How do I get a quote (RFQ)?
First use the search tab or you can search by manufacturers/part number, once you find what you are looking for, add the part to your Request For Quote (RFQ) by clicking on the Add-to- RFQ button. In the RFQ process please add any Comments (e.g.,New Factory Sealed Only) once this is completed submit your RFQ. Pricing and availability can also be requested by phone, email or fax. Please check our contact page if you want to use one of these methods instead of the RFQ process.
3. How do I pay?
Most payment will be done over the phone. Accepted methods of payment are by credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, wire transfer, PayPal, COD, and E check.
4. Do you buy surplus material?
Yes, please visit our Sell to Us page for more info. Or you can email a detailed list to purchasing@plctoolboxsupply.com once we have gone over the list we will contact you. No matter the size of your list we will take the time to offer the best pricing available.

7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship utilizing the following services: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), DHL Worldwide and Federal Express (FedEx). Expedited shipping is available on many of our products. Please allow additional time for international orders to arrive due to customs.
8. Do you offer same-day shipping service?
Yes. We can ship same day with UPS, FedEx, courier, and airport pick-up.
9. Do you offer emergency shipping service?
Yes. Please contact us by phone for any emergency services.
10. When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship same day. Any orders processed after 3:30 P.M. (EST) will ship the following day.
11. How do I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided once order has been shipped. We will email you a paid invoice with tracking number.
12. Do you sell obsolete parts?
We have many obsolete parts available. If we don’t have your part in stock we will use all of our resources to locate your part.
13. How much can I save from Manufacturer’s list price?
On most parts you will save 50-70% from manufacturers list price.
14. What types of conditions do you offer?
We offer new, used, and remanufactured merchandise.

16. Do you offer a warranty on your merchandise?
Yes. Our parts come with a 14 day warranty.
17. How do I return a part?
Please contact us via phone, email or fax about any returns and a representative will contact you with further details. If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 14 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we will confirm that the item is indeed ours and defective. After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, PLC Toolbox Supply will refund the cost of the item.
18. Is there a restocking fee for returning material?
Yes. In most cases there is a 25% restocking fee.
19. Why do I have to pay Michigan sales tax?
PLC Toolbox Supply is located in the state of Michigan and is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on purchases for delivery within Michigan. If you are exempt, customers must provide the correct paperwork to waive taxes, fees, or charges at the time of purchase.
20. Are you authorized distributors?
No. We are wholesale automation electrical sellers that offer better pricing and fast service.
